I'm thrilled to offer virtual birth doula services for expecting parents who want support during their pregnancy and birth but prefer to meet virtually.

With virtual doula services, we'll have access to technology that allows us to communicate through video conferencing, phone calls, messaging, and email. These options offer the flexibility to receive support at a time and place that works for you.

During our virtual meetings, we can discuss your birth preferences, create a birth plan, practice comfort measures, and answer any questions you may have about childbirth. We can also explore coping techniques for labor and birth.

After your birth, we can have postpartum virtual meetings to discuss your birth story, offer breastfeeding support, and provide any postpartum tips for recovery. I can also assist you with any additional support you may need to adjust to life with a new baby.

Virtual doula services allow expecting parents to receive the support they need from the comfort of their own homes. I'm excited to offer this option to those who prefer it, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey to parenthood!
